Cancellation Policy

All bookings, deposits and payments made to Exhireno Sdn Bhd (“Exhireno”, “we”, “us”, “our”) are final and non refundable. By submitting any payment or deposit you confirm that you understand and accept this policy and agree that no refunds will be issued in any circumstance except as required by applicable law.

Deposit Terms
A deposit may be required to secure services or bookings. All deposits are non refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the service or project. If you cancel your booking or project for any reason after paying a deposit, Exhireno will retain the full amount of the deposit.

Payment Terms
Full or partial payments made to Exhireno for services, design, construction or any deliverables are non refundable once processed. Once a payment is accepted and confirmed, you lose all rights to a refund of those funds.

Cancellation by You
If you elect to cancel your booking, order, project or service at any time for any reason after payment or deposit has been made, you will not receive a refund. You remain liable for any outstanding balances owed under your agreement with Exhireno.

Cancellation by Exhireno
In the rare event Exhireno must cancel your booking or service, we may offer a refund at our discretion under the specific circumstances of that cancellation. Any refund offered will be at Exhireno’s sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

No show or last minute cancellation
If you fail to appear for a scheduled service, meeting or appointment without prior notice, or you cancel at the last minute, no refund or credit of any kind will be issued.

How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email or through the contact form on our website. A cancellation is considered effective only once acknowledged by Exhireno.

Acknowledgement
By making a booking or submitting a payment or deposit, you acknowledge you have read, understood and agreed to this Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
