Shipping and Delivery Policy

Exhireno provides design, fabrication, delivery and on site installation services for exhibition booths and related structures. We do not ship products for self installation. All works are executed as a project based service.

Project Delivery Method
All materials, structures, equipment and resources required for the agreed booth design will be transported by Exhireno directly to the event venue. Delivery is strictly to the exhibition site or venue specified by the client.

Delivery Date and Time
Delivery, load in, installation and pre installation schedules are arranged based on event organiser rules, venue regulations and the client’s confirmed instructions. Final delivery timing is subject to venue access approval and operational constraints beyond our control.

On Site Installation
Installation works are carried out on site by Exhireno’s appointed team. Booth setup, finishing, technical setup and pre event preparation will be completed according to the agreed scope of work and timeline.

Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate venue details, hall number, booth number, access time and organiser approvals. Any delays, additional costs or rework caused by incorrect information, late changes or missing approvals will be borne by the client.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
